Our Collaborative Innovation Partnership was established with the participation of 16 Corporate Members to develop Advanced Measurement Techniques and Instrumentation for the Analysis of Semiconductors and Quantum Devices using Synchrotron Radiation from SPring-8, a large-scale synchrotron radiation facility renowned for its high brightness and high coherence.
