We are pleased to announce that our Collaborative Innovation Partnership has been selected as a project awardee for NEDO’s “Research and Development Project of the Enhanced Infrastructures for Post-5G Information and Communication Systems / Development of Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology.”
Under this project, we will develop Three-Dimensional Non-Destructive Measurement Technologies for Advanced Logic Semiconductors using X-rays from the High-Rightness Large-Scale Synchrotron Radiation Facility SPring-8.
